Clear skin is a frame multiplier
You can have a great jaw, a sharp haircut, and a built frame — and dull, broken-out skin will undercut all of it. Flip it: clear, healthy, slightly-glowing skin makes everything else read better. It signals health, youth, and that you take care of yourself. It's one of the highest-return, lowest-cost upgrades in this entire course.
And here's the good news: you do not need a 12-step Korean routine, a $200 cabinet, or anything complicated. Most guys overcomplicate this and quit. We're going to do the opposite — a routine so simple you'll actually stick to it.
The whole philosophy in one line
Clean it gently, protect it (SPF), keep it moisturized, treat what needs treating — and be patient. That's 90% of great skin.
What this module covers
- Your AM routine — cleanse, treat (optional), moisturize, SPF. The SPF is the non-negotiable hero.
- Your PM routine — cleanse, treat, moisturize.
- Ingredients that actually work vs. the hype you can ignore.
- Clearing breakouts patiently — without nuking your face and making it worse.
- The glow from the inside — how sleep, water, and diet (everything in Module 7) show up on your face.
- When to stop DIY-ing and see a dermatologist.
Two rules before we start
Rule 1: Be gentle. The number one mistake young guys make is attacking their skin — scrubbing hard, harsh products, picking, doing too much. That damages your barrier and makes everything worse. Skin responds to consistency and gentleness, not aggression.
Rule 2: Be patient. Skincare works on a 6–12 week timeline. Your skin cell turnover is roughly a month. Anyone promising overnight results is lying. Pick a simple routine, do it daily, and judge it after two months — not two days.
A note on skin types
- Oily/shiny: lean toward gel or lightweight moisturizers; don't skip moisturizer (stripping oil makes you produce more).
- Dry/tight: richer cream moisturizer, gentler cleanser.
- Combination: most guys — lightweight moisturizer is your friend.
- Sensitive/reactive: fewer products, fragrance-free, patch-test new things.
Don't overthink it. Start with the simple routine in the next lessons, watch how your skin responds over a few weeks, and adjust slowly. We all gonna make it — clear-skinned.
