Grooming is leverage
Let's be real for a second. Training and dieting your way to a great frame takes months. A great haircut takes 30 minutes and costs less than a tank of gas. Grooming is the single highest-leverage thing you can change this week. That's why we do it early.
Most guys are walking around with a haircut their mom picked when they were 12, eyebrows they've never touched, and a fragrance situation that's either nothing or way too much. The bar is on the floor. We're going to step over it together.
What this module covers
We're going through, in order:
- The right haircut for your face shape and hairline — not the trend, your cut.
- How to talk to a barber so you actually walk out with what's in your head (this is where 90% of bad cuts come from).
- Facial hair shaping to build the illusion of a stronger jaw.
- The detail checklist — brows, teeth, nails, breath. The stuff people notice subconsciously.
- Hair care + beginner fragrance so you smell and look intentional.
The mindset shift
Grooming isn't vanity. It's signaling. A sharp cut and clean details tell the world "this guy has his act together" before you say a word.
Here's the thing nobody tells you: you don't need to be genetically gifted to look put-together. Put-together is a skill, not a gift. We all gonna make it — but you gotta actually do the reps.
Three rules for this module:
- Consistency beats intensity. A $25 cut every 3 weeks beats a $90 cut every 3 months.
- Match your face, not the algorithm. That viral cut looks great on the guy in the video because of his head. We're finding yours.
- Details compound. No single detail is a 10x. But trimmed brows + white teeth + fresh cut + clean scent stacked together? That's a different person.
Let's get into it.
