Lean gate: The Lean Face: De-Bloat, Jawline & Posture

The face gate starts with bodyfat.

This is the gate, not the finish line

This is not the anti-hardmax lesson. This is the order of operations. If your face is puffy, posture is sloppy, haircut is wrong, skin is untreated, body fat is hiding the jaw, and photos are inconsistent, the hardmax board is premature.

The rule: pass leanmax before you obsess over hardmax. Earn the obvious upgrades first, then audit the expensive, enhanced, and irreversible lanes with a clear head.

Bone-smashing belongs on the Module 14 board

Bone-smashing is edge culture: taboo, physical, viral, and tied to cheekbone/jawline insecurity. That is exactly why it gets clicks. It belongs in the course as field-note literacy and content context, not as a Module 10 daily jawline drill.

The hard version is not chasing every edit. The hard version is accepting that your jawline problem is usually fat, bloat, posture, beard line, neck, skin, hair, and frame before it is bone.

Mewing, chewing, and jaw gadgets

Nasal breathing and relaxed tongue posture are useful habits for sleep, posture, and not walking around slack-jawed. Chewing tools and jaw gadgets belong on the board as minor/uncertain levers, not magic. Put them below leanness, de-bloat, posture, grooming, and photos.

Procedures go on the board

Procedures are not forbidden vocabulary. They are Module 14 vocabulary. You will learn categories, cost/recovery ranges, consult questions, red flags, and when dermatology, dental, hair, or surgical consults actually belong in the conversation. Actual medical decisions belong with qualified professionals, not comment sections.

PEDs and hormones go on the board too

The enhanced lane exists: test, tren, DHT derivatives, peptides, SARMs, orals, anabolics, and support stacks. The course names it because pretending it does not exist sends students to worse sources. Naming the lane is field-note literacy, not an operational protocol.

What earns the hardmax audit

Before Module 14 can actually serve you, the base needs receipts:

  1. Get lean - the first face filter.
  2. De-bloat - sleep, sodium, alcohol, hydration, timing.
  3. Fix posture and neck presentation - the profile changes immediately.
  4. Handle skin, hair, grooming, and beard line - cheap levers before expensive ones.
  5. Build the frame - a sharp face on a weak body still reads incomplete.

The board comes after the base. Leanmax first, PU audit second, hardmax map third. That is the Protocol.

Do this now

  • ->Score your leanmax gate from 1-10: leanness, bloat, posture, skin, hair, grooming, frame.
  • ->Pick the lowest-scoring base lever and run it for 30 days.
  • ->Write one sentence describing what you would put on the Module 14 hardmax board later.

Key takeaways

  • OKModule 10 is the leanmax gate before the hardmax board.
  • OKBone-smashing is treated as Module 14 field-note culture, not a daily jawline drill.
  • OKProcedures, surgery, PED culture, peptides, and support stacks are named later as hardmax intelligence.
  • OKThe base needs receipts before the advanced audit: lean face, de-bloat, posture, skin, hair, grooming, and frame.
