Submit a Check-In That Gets Answered

Colt profile proof for coaching calls

Call standard: Weekly Coaching & Call Access

Calls turn the protocol into weekly pressure.

Bad check-ins waste the call

"What should I do?" is not a check-in. It is a fog machine.

A good check-in gives the coach enough signal to make a fast call.

The weekly check-in template

Copy this before every weekly call:

FieldYour answer
Bodyweight average
Calories / protein average
Training sessions completed
Steps average
Sleep average
Skin routine hit rate
Current bottleneck

One question for the call
One win from last week

Photo standard

Use the same lighting, distance, camera lens, and time of day as much as possible.

You need:

  • front physique
  • side physique
  • back physique
  • front face
  • side face
  • optional fit/style photo
  • optional screenshots of content analytics

No filters. No weird angles. No pump-only fantasy unless the call is specifically about content.

The one-question rule

Bring one main question. Not seven.

Examples:

  • "Should I keep cutting or hold maintenance for two weeks?"
  • "Is my haircut hurting my face shape?"
  • "Which lift is limiting my frame right now?"
  • "What is my highest-ROI PU point this week?"
  • "Which content format should I repeat based on views and saves?"

One clear question gets a clear answer.

Do this now

  • ->Copy the weekly check-in table into your notes.
  • ->Take the five core photos before your first weekly call.
  • ->Write one question you want answered this week.

  • OKThe one-question rule keeps the call sharp.
  • OKContent students should bring views, saves, comments, and hooks.
